Thinking about buying an investment property? Our short term rental market has really grown in the last few years up here in Summit County.

Breckenridge and Frisco are two of our strongest rental markets.  Everyone wants location first – walking distance to Main Street in both Frisco and Breckenridge, as well as ski in/ski out in Breckenridge.  Surprisingly, from an investment standpoint, 1 Bedrooms give you an excellent return on your investment.

For an updated 1 bedroom with a great location that can sleep at least 4, you can often expect to get between $26,000-$32,000 per year before expenses.

Luxury single family homes also do really well with rental numbers often between $75,000 to $100,000.
