One of the biggest trends in new luxury homes are bunk rooms. Bunk rooms add a ton of sleeping space and can be done very tastefully. I just came across a great home in Breckenridge with a very well designed bunk room. They actually built in 4 bunks. Each bunk was a full size bed and had its own TV. The beautiful mil-work and the stylish bedding really made this room pop. In addition, the built in bunks also allowed this space to serve as a living area as well.
