Our team is comprised of local, knowledgeable, and supportive staff who are experts in handling every step of the real estate process. Being from a small town in Maine, I am used to the hometown feel like we have here in Summit County. From managing my parents seafood restaurant back in Maine to bartending at the base of Keystone, I’ve met so many amazing people! I love working in Real Estate because it gives me that same opportunity to meet so many great people. One of my specialties is finding homes for the locals of Summit and surrounding counties! When I’m not working you can find me playing fetch with my dog Zee, golfing in the summer and shredding Copper Mountain in the winter!

Alex is the Transaction Coordinator for the Skinner Team in Keller William Top of the Rockies in Colorado. He facilitates the communication between different parties involved in the real estate transaction while working fully-remote from the tropical country of the Philippines. Despite having a degree in aviation, his heart has always been for architecture and real estate. Alex is raising 4 kids and 2 dogs, which makes him a great uncle and a wonderful furdad.

Neya recently transferred to real estate in 2021 as a lead generator. She is now doing administrative work for the team. She one day hopes to open a doggy day care in the Philippines where she lives with her partner and daughter!

Precious Villanueva

Precious is the Listing Administrative Assistant for The Skinner Team at Keller Williams Top of the Rockies in Colorado. She manages listing coordination, documentation, and marketing to ensure each property is presented seamlessly. Working remotely from the Philippines, she also supports the team’s brand through flyers, newsletters, website updates, social media, and video content. She holds a degree in Business Administration major in Human Resource Management and brings strong organization and attention to detail to her role.
