Our team is comprised of local, knowledgeable, and supportive staff who are experts in handling every step of the real estate process. Anne Skinner

As the founder of The Skinner Team, I bring over 12 years of experience and deep community roots to real estate in the Colorado mountains. My team consistently ranks as the top group within our local Keller Williams office and is regularly counted among the top producers across the Colorado. That success is built on local knowledge, long-term thinking, and commitment to helping people make thoughtful, informed decisions about their homes and investments. Having lived in this community for 17 years, my family and I are deeply woven into its fabric, from serving on local boards to being actively involved in schools and youth sports. This perspective provides an understanding of Summit County and the surrounding areas, including Breckenridge, Frisco, Dillon, Silverthorne, Copper, Keystone, Vail, and Beaver Creek. Leading a top-ranked team has taught me that real estate is about more than buying or selling homes; it's about smart investment decisions. A core part of my mission is education. Clients deserve clarity, context, and the confidence to understand their options, whether building a lifestyle, a legacy, or a portfolio.

Kat Considine

Kat Considine brings a thoughtful, client-focused approach to real estate in Summit County, combining honesty, care, and local expertise. After 13 years in the mountains, she has developed a deep connection to the community and outdoor lifestyle that draws so many to the area. Kat takes the time to truly understand her clients’ needs, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience whether buying or selling. With a background in exercise science and a passion for helping others, she is committed to guiding clients with clarity and confidence. Emily Files is a Colorado real estate agent serving Leadville, Vail, and Fairplay, specializing in mountain homes, second homes, and investment properties. With over 16 years living in the Colorado high country, she offers deep local knowledge of the Summit and Eagle County real estate markets. Emily holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, bringing insight, strong communication, and a client-focused approach to every transaction. Mark Willcoxon

Alex Aquino

Alex is the Transaction Coordinator for the Skinner Team in Keller William Top of the Rockies in Colorado. He facilitates the communication between different parties involved in the real estate transaction while working fully-remote from the tropical country of the Philippines. Despite having a degree in aviation, his heart has always been for architecture and real estate. Alex is raising 4 kids and 2 dogs, which makes him a great uncle and a wonderful furdad.

Jason Peters

Jason Peters is a Colorado real estate and marketing professional based in Vail, with over 20 years of experience in brand strategy, communications, and partnership development. He has worked across luxury real estate, global sports marketing, and major events, including leadership roles connected to the Indianapolis 500 and international motorsports. Jason specializes in positioning properties and brands to drive visibility, engagement, and results. With deep roots in the Vail Valley, he combines local market knowledge with a strategic, data-driven approach. Known for his creativity and execution, Jason helps clients elevate their presence and maximize long-term value.

Neya eleda

Neya recently transferred to real estate in 2021 as a lead generator. She is now doing administrative work for the team. She one day hopes to open a doggy day care in the Philippines where she lives with her partner and daughter!

Precious Villanueva

Precious is the Listing Administrative Assistant for The Skinner Team at Keller Williams Top of the Rockies in Colorado. She manages listing coordination, documentation, and marketing to ensure each property is presented seamlessly. Working remotely from the Philippines, she also supports the team’s brand through flyers, newsletters, website updates, social media, and video content. She holds a degree in Business Administration major in Human Resource Management and brings strong organization and attention to detail to her role.

She has an incredible work ethic and didn’t mind giving up a Sunday to show us properties since we were pressed for time. It certainly seems like Kat and the Skinner team know all the right people in Summit County and surrounding areas to make the entire process exceptionally smooth. As we learned more about the area and the opportunities for rental income (which was our main goal going into the engagement), we switched our focus from single-family homes to condos and Kat just rolled with it and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Her familiarity with the towns in Summit County and their idiosyncrasies really helped us as we searched for properties that we thought met our needs. Not all of them did, and Kat took feedback from those to help find the one that did!
