SAS: Summit Area Specialist

The Summit Area Specialist Designation differentiates REALTORS® who dedicate themselves through education, community involvement, and transactional experience. Those who gain the Summit Area Specialist Designation will have the localized knowledge, production, expertise, and community involvement to better serve Summit County, Colorado.

Purchasing or selling a home in the mountains comes with it’s own set of challenges. A local expert is going to guide you through the process in a way that creates the least hassle for you. Not only do I have 7 years experience in Summit County and surrounding areas, but also I have continued my education to be sure I am your Summit Area Specialist. 

RSPS: Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist

RSPS is recognized as an official NAR Certification, and allows buyers and sellers to have confidence in the ability of a REALTOR® who specializes in buying, selling or management of properties for investment, development, retirement, or second homes in a resort, recreational and/or vacation destination, to assist them with their search.

Summit County, CO and it’s surrounding areas is predominantly a second-home and investment property market. It is imperative that your agent understand the intricacies of this second-home market and how to navigate the unique challenges that investment properties can present. I want to find you the perfect family home in the mountains. My knowledge of the various complexes, short term rental regulations, various loan options including 1031 exchanges, and HOAs only makes your experience of purchasing or selling your home that much more seamless.

CNE: Certified Negotiations Expert

Why negotiation training for Real Estate Professionals? “The most important service from the consumer’s point of view is help with negotiating.” – Game Changers A significant part of the value added by real estate agents/brokers is their ability to effectively negotiate and influence the other side to agree to acceptable terms. CNE Designation agents graduate with a deeper understanding of negotiation techniques that only better serve their clients’ best interests. In order to get the CNE designation agents need to take courses that focus on negotiation styles, psychology of buying, persuasion principles, scripts, and planning methodology. When I negotiate for you as my buyer or seller, you not only have my 7 years of expertise, but also my continuing eduction in the best negotiation techniques.
