It was a busy summer for the Skinner Team. Molly helped a wonderful young man purchase his first vacation home. His dream was to own a home at Copper Mountain ever since skiing there as he grew up. After a few rounds of negotiation, Molly was able to help him secure an excellent price that was well under what other recent sales had been in the area. Molly was really excited to make this dream a reality for him!
