Everyone wants location first – walking distance to Main Street in both Frisco and Breckenridge, as well as ski in/ski out in Breckenridge. Surprisingly, from an investment standpoint, 1 Bedrooms give you an excellent return on your investment.
For an updated 1 bedroom with a great location that can sleep at least 4, you can often expect to get between $26,000-$32,000 per year before expenses.
Luxury single family homes also do really well with rental numbers often between $75,000 to $100,000.
