The Skinner Team started as a family-run, women-lead business and has had the opportunity to expand through our successes. Our team is comprised of local, knowledgeable, and supportive staff who are experts in handling every step of the real estate process. Jocelyn Vallee

Being from a small town in Maine, I am used to the hometown feel like we have here in Summit County. From managing my parents seafood restaurant back in Maine to bartending at the base of Keystone, I’ve met so many amazing people! I love working in Real Estate because it gives me that same opportunity to meet so many great people. One of my specialties is finding homes for the locals of Summit and surrounding counties! When I’m not working you can find me playing fetch with my dog Zee, golfing in the summer and shredding Copper Mountain in the winter!

Marissa Giehl

Mark Willcoxon

I grew up in Evergreen, CO, and Joplin, MO, and became an EMT as a teen. After earning degrees in Political Science, Sociology, and Anthropology from Westminster College, I completed a Master’s in Russian Literature and Cultural History at the University of Kansas. I lived abroad, then returned to Lawrence, KS, where I ran a liquor store, directed a music academy, and volunteered with Meals on Wheels for 16 years. A medical diagnosis and changing liquor laws led me to shift careers. My family has been in Keystone, CO, for 25 years, where I volunteer with Friends of Dillon Ranger Station and serve on the Keystone Election Commission. I’m excited to grow my real estate skills while giving back to the community.

Margaret Morgan

With experience in property management and vacation rentals, I love helping clients find their ideal property, whether it’s a full-time residence, vacation home, or investment property. I also specialize in guiding sellers who are ready to retire from active real estate investing, focusing on strategies to minimize or defer capital gains taxes, ensuring a smooth transition and maximizing their investment. I’m passionate about helping others achieve their mountain dream and would love to assist you on your real estate journey.

Alex Aquino

Alex is the Transaction Coordinator for the Skinner Team in Keller William Top of the Rockies in Colorado. He facilitates the communication between different parties involved in the real estate transaction while working fully-remote from the tropical country of the Philippines. Despite having a degree in aviation, his heart has always been for architecture and real estate. Alex is raising 4 kids and 2 dogs, which makes him a great uncle and a wonderful furdad.

Stella Flagg

Stella is originally from Chicago and recently completed her undergraduate degree at Colorado State University. She spent the winter ski instructing in Breckenridge and fell in love with Summit County! She comes from a real estate family and has previously been an assistant to a broker in Chicago.

Neya eleda

Neya recently transferred to real estate in 2021 as a lead generator. She is now doing administrative work for the team. She one day hopes to open a doggy day care in the Philippines where she lives with her partner and daughter!

Rio Valerio

Rio is a multimedia arts student from the Philippines. She works remotely as a listing coordinator for The Skinner Team, where she combines her creativity and organizational skills to manage property listings effectively. Passionate about both art and real estate, she is excited to grow in her field while supporting her team.
