Summit County Theaters

Theatre SilCo – Silverthorne

Formerly known as the Lake Dillon Theatre Company, Theatre SilCo has been a cornerstone of Summit County’s cultural landscape for over 29 years. Located within the Silverthorne Performing Arts Center, this venue features three performance spaces, including two intimate black box theaters, and hosts a variety of productions ranging from classic plays to contemporary works.

 

Breckenridge Backstage Theatre – Breckenridge

Established in 1974, the Breckenridge Backstage Theatre is a nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing high-quality theatrical productions to the community. Situated at 121 South Ridge Street, the theater offers a diverse lineup of performances, including dramas, comedies, and musicals, providing entertainment for all ages.

It’s also one of our favorite local spots to gather with clients. We will be hosting our annual summer client appreciation event there again this July to see Young Frankenstein. If you would like to be included in next year’s event, reach out to find out how to get on the invite list.

The Eclipse Theater – Breckenridge

Operated by Breck Film, The Eclipse Theater is an independent cinema that showcases a mix of new releases, indie films, and timeless classics. Located at 103 South Harris Street, this cozy venue offers a unique movie-going experience with a selection of beer, wine, and traditional concessions. The theater also serves as one of the venues for the annual Breck Film Fest, which brings an exciting lineup of films and filmmakers to town each fall.

 

Dillon Amphitheater – Dillon

Overlooking the picturesque Dillon Reservoir, the Dillon Amphitheater is an open-air venue that hosts a variety of events, including concerts, theatrical performances, and community gatherings. Its stunning lakeside setting makes it a popular destination for both locals and visitors seeking entertainment under the stars. This summer’s lineup includes notable performances such as:

Eagle County Theaters

 

Vilar Performing Arts Center – Beaver Creek

Situated in the heart of Beaver Creek Village, the Vilar Performing Arts Center is a 530-seat theater that presents a diverse lineup of performances year-round. From Broadway productions and classical concerts to comedy shows and family-friendly events, the VPAC offers something for everyone.

 

Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater – Vail

Nestled in the scenic town of Vail, the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater is an outdoor venue known for its breathtaking mountain backdrop and exceptional acoustics. With a seating capacity of over 2,500, the amphitheater hosts a variety of events, including concerts, dance performances, and festivals, throughout the summer season.
