Sunshine Cafe, Silverthorne:

Located in Silverthorne, Sunshine Cafe is a local favorite that offers classic american cuisine.  For forty years, this popular spot has served breakfast and lunch. Located at the gateway to Summit County and the High Rockies, know that they don’t take reservations and due to its popularity they are always busy on weekends! 

Vintage, Vail:

In between Vail and Eagle, you will find this little gem of a brunch place. Owned and operated by locals, this French brasserie-style restaurant serves a champagne brunch that is sure to create a leisurely and indulgent dining experience. From Huckleberry Bacon French Toast to Breakfast Brushetta, this place is a must eat at if visiting Vail! Can’t make it for their champagne brunch? No worries! They do a champagne dinner as well.

Blue Moose at Brick, Breckenridge:

Claiming to serve the BEST BREAKFAST in Breckenridge, Blue Moose at Breck has been in operation since 1987.  Having earned its place as the number one breakfast establishment in Breck serving traditional breakfast favorites, locally roasted organic coffee, and hot cinnamon rolls. Champagne and cocktails are on the menu. There is a reason why people love “Getting Moosed” at Blue Moose at Breck!

Butterhorn Bakery & Cafe, Frisco:

From baked goods to breakfast, Butterhorn Bakery & Cafe off of Main Street in Frisco has been in business for over 40 years. They are known for hand- crafted recipes, baked bread and goodies that are freshly made everyday. Not only do they serve breakfast and lunch, but also cappuccinos, lattes, and adult beverages from Bloody Mary’s to bubbly Mimosa’s. 

Red Canyon Cafe, Eagle:

Red Canyon Cafe has been caffeinating and serving people since 2006. Known for its excellent coffee, fresh breakfast, and a warm ambiance, Red Canyon Cafe is a must-visit spot for both locals and visitors. It’s also a venue for local artists and an active participant in Eagle’s vibrant downtown. You don’t want to miss their Pastries, Bagels, and Burritos.
