Photo Friday has become a victim of it’s own success. The number of groups and families that are following our growth and progress has out grown our IT ability. Therefore, we are back with the next edition of Photo Friday after changing internet applications. Thank you for your patience.
Weather continues to cooperate which has allowed good progress to continue on the site. Patios and front entry ways are being poured, landscaping has started, and road and driveway paving is going well. Tract X (Cabins 1 – 10) infrastructure is in, the first retaining wall is being built, excavation is in full swing and foundations are in process.
All homeowners are welcome to do an Electrical Walk-through of their homes with our client liaison, Fred Niggeler. These walk-throughs evaluate lighting, switches and outlet layout. The walk-throughs most likely will occur in a home or cabin similar to yours (but not necessarily your home or cabin). Fred will reach out to you when it is your time to schedule a walk-through; should you so choose.
For all of our Powell Buyers please note: we have heard the requests for an open steel railings for the Powell stairway. A portion of the stair railing going up from the main level will now be open steel railing.
Site visits are limited on some days due to paving operations over the next several weeks. Please bear with us for site access this month. Remember that the Summit Sky Ranch is a construction zone and you must be accompanied on site at all times. We now have a construction trailer on site and our field safety coordinator will be monitoring any visits to the site.
