The basic answer is whenever you are ready. However, there are many factors that should also be considered:

- How do the other properties stack up against your home?
- Is your home in pristine condition and market ready?
In Summit County, many properties are taken off the market for the winter to be used as vacation rentals. Therefore, there is much less competition and a greater number of buyers vying for the available properties. In the last couple years, there has been a shortage of properties for sale throughout the year leading to higher prices and making it more of a seller’s market.
